I have a Spring account and checked out using Apple Pay. How come I cannot locate my order?
When checking out using Apple Pay, existing customers may complete their purchase without logging into their Spring account. However, this means your order will be associated with a guest account. You will not be able to track cash back on your purchase, view your order with your existing account, or receive status updates such as order confirmation, tracking, return, and refund notifications.
Not to worry, Spring Concierge can update you on your order! Simply contact us with the following information:
- First and last name
- Date of purchase
- Brand you purchased from
Please check your billing, shipping, and contact information within your Apple Pay account to make sure that they're correct before completing your purchase! Any information stored in your Apple Pay account will override the information saved or entered on Spring.
