I have a Spring account and I checked out using Apple Pay. Why can’t I locate my order?
When checking out using Apple Pay, existing customers may complete their purchase without logging into their Spring account. However, this means your order will be associated with a guest account, so you will not be able to track cash back on your purchase, view your order with your existing account, or receive status updates on order confirmations, tracking, returns, and refund notifications.
But don’t worry, Spring Concierge can update you on your order! Simply contact us with the following information: First and last name, date of purchase, brand you purchased from, and item description.
