I'm a new user and I checked out using Apple Pay. Why can't I locate my order?
When checking out using Apple Pay, new customers have the option to skip the final step of creating a Spring account. However, this means you will not be able to track cash back on your purchase, view your Orders page, or receive status updates on order confirmations, tracking, returns, and refund notifications.
But don’t worry, Spring Concierge can update your account! Simply contact us with the following information: First and last name, date of purchase, brand name, and item description. Once Spring Concierge updates your account, you will be able to login and access your Orders page.
