I am a new user and checked out using Apple Pay. How come I cannot locate my order?
When checking out using Apple Pay, new customers may skip the final step of creating a Spring account. However, this means you will not be able to track cash back on your purchase, view your order page, or received status updates such as order confirmation, tracking, return, and refund notifications.
Not to worry, Spring Concierge can update your account! Simply contact us with the following information:
- First and last name
- Date of purchase
- Brand name and item
Once Spring Concierge updates your account, you will be able to login and view your order’s page.
Please check your billing, shipping, and contact information within your Apple Pay account to make sure that they're correct before completing your purchase! Any information stored in your Apple Pay account will override the information saved or entered on Spring.
