What happens to my rewards on a cancelled order?
Unfortunately, orders that are cancelled for any reason will not accrue rewards.
You will receive a full refund for your order within 3-5 business days of cancellation. Your pending rewards balance will reduce by the amount that would have been earned on that order.
You can request to cancel your order with Spring for many reasons (wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind), and we will try to cancel it. If we can’t cancel your order, which unfortunately does sometimes happen, not to worry! Spring offers free returns and we will refund your money once the return is processed.
