When will I receive my refund?

As a marketplace, Spring allows customers to shop their favorite brands all in one place. That means you are buying directly from the brand and they are the acting merchant, so refund processing time varies by brand. It generally takes up to two weeks for a brand to process a refund once they’ve received your package at their warehouse.

You will receive an email confirming the refund as soon as it is processed. Once your refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days before the refund amount appears in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please contact Spring Concierge for an update on your refund status if it's been more than two weeks since your return has been received by the brand and the refund amount has not been deposited into your account.
