What is your return policy?

For a limited time, Spring is offering a special holiday return policy. Eligible items that are purchased between Friday December 1st through Monday December 24th at 11:59pm will have an extended return timeframe ending on Monday January 15, 2018. Our 14 day return policy will still apply to anything purchased outside of this holiday return timeframe.

Spring offers free returns within 14 days of delivery on all items, with the exception of: art, intimates, food, furniture, fine jewelry, handmade items, custom and monogrammed items, subscription magazines, gift cards, tickets, events, and items listed as final sale. (We know exclusions are annoying — thanks in advance for understanding.)

If an item is final sale, you will see it under the Shipping & Returns section in the product page and on the cart page on the Spring App and web.

All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Kindly note that returns cannot be made in-store. All items purchased through Spring most be returned via-mail/postage.

If you would like to return any qualifying item please feel free to use the provided pre-paid return label. Please note that our brands conduct returns based on their own individual processes, but never fear, you’ll always be able to return your item for free!

If no return label is included, simply request a return, and we’ll send you a prepaid label, completely free of charge. If you’re using the the app, find the order or item you wish to return order in the "Me" tab, and tap “Request Return.” On web, go to My Orders, find the item you wish to return, and click "Request Return." Follow the instructions, and you’ll be able to either download a label instantly or we’ll send you a label in an email ASAP!

You also can request a return label by emailing Spring Concierge. Just be sure to list your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
