Can I cancel my order?

You have up to 20 minutes after your order has been placed to submit a request to cancel your order. (Keep in mind, this feature is not available for all brands at this time.)

On the Spring App:
1. Login to the Spring App.
2. Tap “Me” in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap "Orders" and locate the item you wish to cancel.
4. Click on the item and tap “Cancel Item.”
5. Select your reason.
6. Click "Next" to submit your request.

On the Web:
1. Login to your Spring account.
2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and a drop down menu will appear.
3. Select "Orders."
4. Locate your most recent order, and click “Cancel Item."
5. Select your reason.
6. Click “Next” to submit your request.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a pop-up message confirming that your order has been successfully cancelled or letting you know that Spring Concierge will contact you on the status of your cancellation within 48 hours.
