Can I cancel my order?

You have up to 20 minutes after your order has been placed to submit a request to cancel your order. Simply follow the steps below:

On the Spring App:

  1. Log into the Spring app, and tap on: "Me" on bottom right corner.
  2. Tap on: "Orders"
  3. Locate and tap on the item you wish to cancel.
  4. Tap “Cancel Item”.
  5. Select your reason.
  6. Click "Next" to submit your request.

 On Web:

  1. Log in your Spring account.
  2. Click your name in the upper right hand corner and select "Orders" from the drop down menu.
  3. Locate your recently placed order, and click “Cancel Item".
  4. Select your reason.
  5. Click “Next” to submit your request.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a pop up message letting you know that your order has been successfully cancelled or that Spring Concierge will update you on the status of your cancellation within 48 hours.
