Can I modify my order?

When you place an order on Spring, your order is immediately processed directly with our brand partners who fulfill and ship your orders. Due to the quick workaround time for processing orders, we generally cannot make any modifications to your order, however please contact our Concierge team and a member of our team will try to work with the brand to accommodate your request. Kindly note this is not guaranteed as some of our brand partners have very short order processing windows to ensure a speedy delivery.
