When will my order arrive?
When you purchase an item on Spring, you place an order directly with a brand. On shopspring.com, you can view the estimated shipping timeframe for any given item when you click on the “Shipping & Returns” tab on the product page.
If you’re using the app, scroll down the product page and tap on “Shipping Information.”
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Spring with an estimated arrival date and the tracking number associated with your order. You can also always view your order status, shipping method, and track your order’s estimated arrival date anytime by selecting an order in the “Me” tab on the Spring App. On shopspring.com, login and click on “My Account” in the top right corner, then click “Orders.”
