Did you receive my return?

When you return an order using a pre-paid return label, your item is returned directly to the brand. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be received and processed. Please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records. Once the brand has received and processed your return, you will receive a notification via email confirming that a refund has been issued. 

If it's been more than two weeks since your return has been received by the brand, please contact our Concierge team and we can request an update on your refund status.
