I received credits on Spring. How do I apply them to my order?
Any Spring Credit in your account will be automatically applied at checkout to your next order. If your credit exceeds the total cost of your purchase, the remaining balance will remain in your account.
If you used Spring Credit on an order you returned, the credit will be automatically applied back to your Spring account within several days of the refund being processed. Here’s how to check your balance:
On the Spring App:
1. Login to the Spring App.
2. Tap “Me” in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap "Credits" to view your Spring Credit balance.
On the Web:
1. Login to your account.
2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and a drop down menu will appear.
3. Select “Payment Methods” tab to view your Spring Credit balance.
