I received credits on Spring. How do I apply them to my order?

Any Spring credits in your account will be automatically applied at checkout on your next order. If your credits exceed the total cost of your purchase, the remaining credit balance will remain in your account.

If you used credit on an order you returned, the credit will be automatically applied back into your Spring account within several days once the refund has been processed.


To find your credit balance follow the procedures outlined:

To find your credits on the web: Please log into your account and select the Payment Methods tab. Your credit balance is listed directly under the line: “Payment Methods”

On the Spring App: Log into the Spring app then tap the "Me" tab. On this screen where it says "Credits" you will be able to see the amount of credits you have in your account displayed here.
