I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Every time you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Spring. You may receive two emails when you order from certain brands, but don’t worry, you won’t be charged twice.
If you don’t have an email from Spring in your inbox, check your Spam folder. If the confirmation email isn’t there, your order may not have been processed.
You can double-check by going to “My Orders” in the “Me” tab on your Spring App, or by visiting Shopspring.com, going to “My Account” and selecting “Orders”. If your order is listed, everything is great—you can view the status of your order at the top of the screen. If you don’t see your order under “My Orders,” we’re sorry but it wasn’t processed. Please contact the Spring Concierge team and we'll make things right!
