I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Every time you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email from Spring. Please note that you may receive two emails depending on which brand you order from, not to worry, you will not be charged twice for your order.
If you didn’t receive an email, first check your Spam folder. If the confirmation email isn’t there, your order may not have been processed.
You can double-check by going to “My Orders” in the “Me” tab on your Spring App, or by going to “My Account” and looking in “Orders” on shopspring.com. If your order is listed, everything is great — you can see the status of your order at the top of the screen. If you don’t see your order under “My Orders,” we're sorry to say it was not processed. Please contact our Concierge team and we'll make things right!
