Why can't I cancel my order?
Since our orders are placed with our brand partners, cancellations are subject to each brand's order fulfillment process, so we typically are unable to cancel orders once it's been placed.
Please allow 1-4 business days for an update on your order's status.
If you receive your order, you may follow the steps to return an item.
If you receive a shipping confirmation, please wait for your item to arrive and then follow steps to return it.
If an item is listed as final sale and unable to be canceled, you will not be able to return your order.
