How do I use my tracking number?
Your tracking number, which is provided to you once your order has been shipped, allows you to follow your package’s journey from the brand right to you! Simply follow the tracking link or input the tracking number into the carrier's website. Please note that once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, Spring no longer has any control over the order as it is now in our logistics partners hands (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc). If you receive a tracking number and there appears to be no initial transit movement, don’t worry, it can take between 24-48 hours for tracking to fully activate or update once a package has been scanned.
Kindly be aware that orders for multiple items may be shipped in several packages, as well as with different carriers. You will be provided with the corresponding tracking numbers as soon as they become available.
